Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 4, 2026

Tekswing builds and operates software products delivered as cloud-based services. Because each product may use a different authorised payment processor or merchant of record, the refund terms that apply to your purchase are determined by the payment provider that processed your transaction.

1. Payment Processors & Merchants of Record

Tekswing partners with authorised payment processors and merchants of record to handle billing, invoicing, and refunds for its products. When you purchase a subscription or service from a Tekswing product, your transaction is processed by the designated payment provider for that product. The refund policy of the respective payment provider governs all transactions.

Our current products and their payment providers:

  • CMSCure — international payments processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), see Paddle's Refund Policy. Pakistan payments processed by Safepay; refund requests handled via support@cmscure.com. Prepaid credit purchases via cryptocurrency (USDT) are processed by Cryptomus; crypto transactions are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.

2. Custom Development Services

For custom software, web, and mobile development projects:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable once the deliverable has been approved
  • If a project is cancelled before completion, you will only be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Deposits and advance payments may be partially refundable depending on work already performed

3. SaaS Subscriptions

For Tekswing's SaaS products, refunds and cancellations are handled by the designated payment provider for that product (see Section 1). In general:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Refund eligibility is determined by the payment provider's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws in your region

4. How to Request a Refund

For SaaS product refunds, please contact the respective payment provider directly (see Section 1 for links). You can also email us at hello@tekswing.com and we will assist you in connecting with the appropriate refund process.

For custom development service refund inquiries, email hello@tekswing.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your project reference, the charge date and amount, and the reason for your request.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us or the relevant payment provider before initiating a chargeback. Direct contact often results in faster resolution.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect any changes. The refund policy of the respective payment provider governs all SaaS transactions and takes precedence.
